The SFDS Women’s Guild is a loosely structured, informal group of women who enjoy sharing their spirituality, laughter and friendship.  They explore these gifts through Days of Reflection, Girls Nights Out, Guest Lecturers and other outlets of creativity and fun. Suggestions for future events are encouraged, as well as volunteers to help with planning and easing the work load on the day of each event. The Women’s Guild is open to all women over 18 in the SFDS parish community. Friends are also always welcome. While there are no membership dues, most events require a nominal fee to cover expenses. Look for information on upcoming events on this website or in the church bulletin and be sure to register your email address at our next event.

MEDITATION PRAYER GROUP
The SFDS Meditation Group meets every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the side Church. This prayer group practices the ancient Eastern method of meditation, which was later adapted for Christians by St. Benedict and is practiced daily by the Benedictine monks. All are welcome.
